Have you ever noticed how ballerinas have such lovely legs, toned arms and stomachs?
Of course, they spend many many hours and years getting that perfect shape, but if you include some ballet in your exercise routine you could tone up your muscles significantly.
It’s not always easy to attend a class or maybe you’d feel out of place in a ballet class so what’s a more perfect way of including ballet exercises into your routine than doing them at home!
Online Ballet Classes
This is one of my favourite exercise routines, focusing on Classical Ballet.
It’s by Alessia, a professional ballerina who created the Lazy Dancer Studio.
This is ideal for people who have done ballet in the past and who want a true ballet workout and not some derivative. Even if you’ve never done ballet before it’s a great workout and easy to follow.
If you liked that video you might also be interested in Alessia’s Lazy Dancers Ballet Workout Monthly Membership – currently offering a 7 day trial for about the same price as a cup of coffee!
This gives you access to many online ballet classes, with lots more videos like the above. You can learn ballet technique, the basics of classical ballet and you get a structured plan to follow to improve your fitness. There are classes for beginners and advanced so no matter how much experience you’ve had with ballet there will be something for you!
Find out more by visiting the Lazy Dancers Studio.
Beginner Ballet Course
Did you do ballet when you were younger as I did? If so, this is the perfect course for you to get you back into it!
Or have you’ve always wanted to try ballet but didn’t know where to start? If so, this is the perfect course for you!
It’s all done online so you can do it in the comfort of your own home with no one watching!
