Life Coaching to Improve Your Life

Imagine……

A life where stress is manageable
A life without anxiety
A life in which you feel happier
A life which is of your choosing
A life which is more fulfilling

This is what life coaching helps you with

Life Coaching is about helping you improve your life

A Life Coach is someone who is there to literally be a coach in your life.

Much like a sports coach helps a team win their games, a Life Coach is there to help you win at the game of life.

This is done by helping you focus on the present and what you can do in the now to create a better future.

After all, life is a game – it may not be a fun game right now but nevertheless you are engaged in actions to win something!

My job is to help you bridge the gap between the way your life is right now and the dreams you have for the future.

Why Use a Life Coach?

People use the services of a life coach for many different reasons. Everyone is different and so no one life coaching program is the same as any other.

Maybe you haven’t really nailed down what your dreams are – I can help you focus and name these dreams. Without naming your dreams you’re never going to reach them.

Or maybe you do have dreams but have no idea how to achieve them. Using a proven technique I can help you achieve those dreams.

Life can be stressful. This can take a toll on your job, on your relationship, with your family and friends.

Grab a coffee and let’s talk!

You may try talking to friends to ease the pressure but often, even though their intentions are good, they don’t have the skills to help you. This is where a skilled life coach can help.

A life coach is also is separate enough from your situation and can see things that you and your friends or family might not see.

A life coach can help you examine your choices from a fresh perspective.

A life coach is there to help you get and keep motivated so you can achieve your potential. Look on a life coach as your partner and guide – helping you improve your life so it’s where you want it to be!

How often are sessions done?

This varies from person to person but usually life coaching sessions are done every 2 -3 weeks. This gives you time to put into practice the things we’ve discussed. If you prefer every 4 weeks or 6 weeks then that’s fine too.

How Much Does Life Coaching Cost?

The first thing we do is book in a free 30-minute free session. This helps us get to know each other a little and see if it will be a good fit.

After that, you pay for a package of sessions because it takes a few sessions of coaching to make progress.

A Life Coaching package is £225. This includes 3 online sessions by Skype of around 60 minutes per session. It also includes a few follow-up emails in between sessions to see how you’re getting on.

Ready?

Let’s start off with a 30-minute chat free of charge and no commitment to continue.

The next step is to fill in a short form to provide me with some information about what you need help with.

I will contact you to arrange the first 30 minutes session with some suggested dates and times, and we’ll go from there.

I am really looking forward to working with you so do get in touch as soon as possible. Remember – there’s no commitment, just a 30-minute chat 🙂
